Duty Manager
to work at their Gastro Pub on the Wirral .
What our client is offering the successful General Manager:
Annual salary £30,000pa
Permanent position
Immediate interviews

The Role:
Working closely with the General Manager
Managing day to day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures
Leading, training and supervising bar and front of house staff
Ensuring excellent customer service
Handling any customer complaints professionally
Managing stock levels and ensuring proper storage and rotation
Overseeing cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records
What our client is looking for in the successful Duty Manager:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality -
ESSENTIAL
A good standard of written and spoken English
Commercial awareness of the hospitality industry
Microsoft Office Skills
Willing and able to travel to other locations if required
Key skills or similar Job titles
