Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.). Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT. Manage client expectations and relationships. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.). Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT. Manage client expectations and relationships. Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs. Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070). Guide clients on best practices and organizational design. Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations. Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services. Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Handle quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades. Provide post-implementation support and training. Qualifications
