We’re working with a number of welcoming, well-regarded secondary schools across Alton and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for confident, reliable individuals to step into Cover Supervisor roles. No classroom experience? No problem. If youre confident leading a group, can think on your feet, and bring positive energy into a room — we’ll give you everything else you need. From training to school shadowing, we’ll make sure you feel ready from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll keep lessons running smoothly in a teacher’s absence.
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans
* Keep students engaged, focused, and motivated
* Manage behaviour calmly and consistently
* Follow the school’s routines and expectations
* Provide feedback to teaching staff
