Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely from home, you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess property conditions as needed.
Building relationships with each site team is essential to ensure both planned maintenance and reactive issues are addressed effectively. You will also oversee compliance across the estate, requiring experience with compliance and facilities management. Additionally, organizing project work through JCT contracts—including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality—is part of the role.
While chartership is not required, autonomous work experience across multiple sites is highly beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k and familiarity with facilities, compliance, and maintenance are necessary.
