What the Job Involves This role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services across communal areas such as foyers, lifts, stairwells, and external spaces within various Council homes throughout the City of Cardiff, including Community Living schemes, homeless hostels, high-rise buildings, and low-rise blocks of flats. You will work flexibly across designated locations, adhere to established cleaning protocols, and use appropriate chemicals and equipment. Your responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, maintaining records, and participating in inspections and audits. You must collaborate effectively with other team members, follow site-specific safety instructions, and support the Council's policies on Health and Safety.
