ABOUT THE ROLE
As Resident Experience Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our home ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. Youll be lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.
Your role will include:
Championing resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback
Coordinating service delivery across all non-clinical departments
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
Managing complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Supporting home improvement projects and budget planning
Deputising for department heads and ensuring effective rota planning

* You should have experience in hospitality, healthcare, or care home settings with a clear understanding of standards, policies, and procedures, as well as a background in team leadership or supervisory roles.
