The Client Support & Research Analyst Role:
They are looking for a Client Support & Research Analyst to join their dynamic London-based Client Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, IT, Data Providers, and their support team in India. Client Support team members will also liaise with external providers including Stock Exchanges around the world and company client relations team you will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Support & Research Analyst:
Manage and resolve client queries (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, End of Day Prices) via ticketing system and support mailbox.
Acknowledge all queries within 3 hours and aim to resolve within 23 working days, providing timely updates where longer resolution is needed.
Liaise with internal teams, stock exchanges, and external providers to achieve accurate solutions.
Handle incoming calls and provide coverage as part of a team rota.
Support internal teams with pricing file queries and escalations.
Collaborate with Kolkata support team to resolve queries efficiently.
Contribute to regular team meetings and knowledge sharing.
Ensure all work is performed in line with security policies and compliance objectives.

Desirable
Bachelors degree.
Knowledge of financial data and corporate actions.
Previous experience in client service or within the financial sector
Able to work to tight deadlines and attention to detail
Working Hours
Must be available to work a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Friday):
