We are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in the building services industry — combining sales administration, marketing coordination, and client relationship support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of the sales and business development department.
You’ll assist with preparing quotations, coordinating enquiries, maintaining marketing content, and engaging with clients to promote AMSL’s services.
Working closely with our senior management, engineers, and operations teams, you’ll help ensure that customer relationships are built on professionalism, responsiveness, and trust — while actively contributing to the company’s growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Business Development
* Support the sales team with preparation of quotations, tenders, and project proposals.
* Maintain and update client records, enquiry logs, and tender databases.
* Liaise with clients to follow up on quotes, gather feedback, and schedule meetings.
* Assist with pipeline tracking, lead generation, and CRM management.
* Coordinate internal handovers from sales to operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Research upcoming tenders, industry opportunities, and key market trends.
Marketing & Communications
* Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as case studies, brochures, and social media content.
* Help manage AMSL’s website updates and digital presence, ensuring information remains accurate and engaging.
* Support with internal communications, newsletters, and company announcements.
* Gather photos, project updates, and testimonials for marketing use.
* Coordinate event logistics for trade shows, client meetings, or promotional campaigns.
Customer Service & Administration
* Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and correspondence.
* Ensure all documentation, emails, and proposals are presented professionally and filed correctly.
* Assist with sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance summaries.
* Work collaboratively across departments to maintain consistent customer service and communication standards.
About You
* Strong communication and organisational skills with an interest in sales, marketing, and business growth.
* Ideally some experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (construction or M&E sector desirable but not essential).
* Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM or design tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, or similar).
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional in approach.
* Keen to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing business.
