Overview Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts across the UK. Proactively identify and win new business within core industrial sectors. Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions. Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and equipment demonstrations. Develop sales proposals and product recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates. Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade exhibitions. Take an active role in shaping commercial strategy as you progress toward leadership. Requirements Strong engineering background, ideally mechanical. Comfortable dealing with technical discussions and high-level commercial stakeholders. Prior sales experience beneficial, but not essential for the right engineer transitioning into sales. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to progress into a senior leadership role. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (4 days per week on the road).
