We are looking for someone to join our friendly team, and we are hoping to find someone that enjoys cooking homemade classics as well as a few new and upcoming ideas.
As a kitchen supervisor, you will liase directly with the head chef and pub management to ensure the proper running of the kitchen. This includes maintaining health and hygeine standards, product ordering, and leading a team during a shift.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen, and have a natural flair for presentation. From preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills - your contribution will certainly count. Whilst working in our kitchen, you'll find no two days will be the same and you'll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.
Shift patterns vary, from full days to split shifts (negotiation available). Ability to commute reliably is a must.
