We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company’s credit control processes, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial services, as well as the ability to analyse data effectively.

Accurately allocate all customer receipts in line with remittance adviceFollow up with customers where receipts are received without remittance to avoid unallocated cashSupport Credit Controllers with sending copy invoicesMaintain unallocated cash below the targeted valueRaise credit notes and invoices in accordance with agreed internal processesManage departmental mailboxes, including remittances and other customer queriesCollaborate with the credit control team to ensure all administration tasks are completed promptlyReconcile the bank statement against receipts allocated in Sage 200About you
