Working hours:
1. Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
2. Potential viewings on Saturdays (Ad-Hoc)
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
3. Basic salary up to £35,000
4. On Target Earnings up to £45,000

The success Lettings Manager’s requirements will be:
7. Maximise the revenue for the Lettings division.
8. Achieve and exceed targets set.
9. Build excellent relationships with clients to generate new and repeat business.
10. Establish and maintain the leading market share in the local area
The successful Lettings Manager will have:
11. Minimum 3 years recent experience as Lettings Manager.
12. Driving License & own vehicle.
13. ARLA (desirable).
14. Strong leadership skills.
15. Proven track record of generating new business.
16. Good understanding of lettings industry and legislation.
17. Positive attitude.
