The Project Quality Lead will work within the UK quality team, supporting the review of validation documentation for a new project build.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation of the Project Quality plan for a capital project over > £50M
* Review and approve engineering project documents (e.g., User Requirement Specifications, Validation Plans, Qualification protocols)
* Collaborate with process engineers and third-party engineers on design and quality decisions
* Develop CQV strategy with C&Q engineers
* Partner with Operations & Engineering to develop Process Qualification and Validation Strategies
* Leverage existing quality risk assessments and develop new ones for the new facility
* Establish and report on quality metrics for the project
* Ensure effective communication among stakeholders
* Ensure timely document approval by Quality management
Requirements:
* A scientific degree or equivalent
* Experience in a regulated environment (cGMP and ISO9001 advantageous)
* Experience with equipment, process, and cleaning validation
* Experience in various quality roles
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Q-Pulse or similar QMS software is a plus
* Flexible, confident working attitude in a fast-changing environment
