Job Description
1. Full P&L responsibility of the global division
2. Develop a strong understanding of the markets, customers, and products to drive strategic commercial decisions fueling growth
3. Provide overall strategic management, direction, and leadership of the division across all core functions
4. Create and sustain an environment and culture that drives accelerated growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
5. Ensure strategic direction aligns with the overall segment being accountable for the overall performance of the division
6. Identify and pursue M&A (merger and acquisition) targets and opportunities working closely with the corporate M&A team.
7. Integration of acquired companies into a structure that leverages the current expertise and synergies
8. Develop and executive a cohesive growth strategy for inorganic and organic growth focusing on high growth and profitable market segments
9. Establish and implement an organizational structure in alignment with the strategic vision that supports the current organization and future state regarding customers, operations, commercial, etc.
10. Work with global business unit leadership teams and operations to drive operational improvements for best in class production and quality
11. Work closely with business unit leadership teams and functional heads contributing to contract negotiations, costing, pricing, and other related commercial activities
12. Develop annual operating budget, forecasts, and leading quarterly and annual reviews
13. Implement talent development, evaluation, and success planning activities with the HR Leadership team supporting current and future talent needs
14. Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and other strategic partners
15. Drive leadership team in a positive and collaborative approach focusing on a team based culture
16. Think like an owner driving and maintaining a goal oriented, entrepreneurial environment with legacy business and new business
