This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Residential Property team with clear prospects of a Training Contract. You will work alongside an experienced team of solicitors and support staff on a diverse mix of residential conveyancing matters.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Residential Property Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting fee earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release schemes, matrimonial conveyancing and lease work

* Preparing and reviewing legal documents and property contracts

* Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, lenders and other parties
