Role Details:
You’ll oversee cost control for a complex programme, ensuring financial performance and forecasting accuracy. Your leadership will shape how budgets align with long term objectives, driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience leading cost control for major programmes.
* Programme reporting for senior management decision-making.
* Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Expert in cost management & EVM, including third-party data analysis.
* Integrated cost control across complex programme lifecycles.
* Strong project controls knowledge—planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
* Risk & opportunity management with financial forecasting expertise.
* Change management—identifying delays and mitigating costs.
* Tech-savvy—Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with awareness of Power BI & SharePoint.
* Excellent communicator—written and verbal collaboration skills.
