We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them reach their full potential. These needs may include: ️ Communication difficulties Emotional or behavioural challenges Medical needs (e.g. epilepsy) Mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression You’ll be supporting students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, helping them build confidence and thrive in an inclusive learning environment. What will you do in this role? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: ✔️ Support the classroom teacher with lessons in small groups or 1:1 sessions ✔️ Build meaningful, trusting relationships with students ✔️ Create a safe, supportive, and engaging space for learning and growth ♂️ Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping students with additional needs From a sports background – whether that’s coaching, studying a sports degree, or playing competitively ️ A confident communicator with strong behaviour management skills Experienced (preferred but not essential!) – if you have personal or professional experience with SEN and a drive to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
