The Mission We are selecting a highly experienced nurse to join a bespoke medical detachment at sea. Your primary mandate is to provide seamless 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a world-class superyacht. This position offers a professional sanctuary away from the ward, with a cruising itinerary that explores the hidden gems of the Mediterranean, including Limassol (Cyprus), Formentera, Bonifacio (Corsica), and the calanques of Cassis.
The Team You will operate within a tiered medical hierarchy designed for excellence. The unit is commanded by a Lead British Doctor and includes resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing team. This is a collaborative environment where clinical judgment and professional camaraderie are highly valued.
The Safety We believe that the best care comes from rested clinicians. The roster is managed through a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you have full support during clinical hours and guaranteed downtime to enjoy the yacht's amenities and the unique locations we visit.
The Process We understand the logistics of offshore work. The recruitment process begins with a discreet online interview phase, allowing you to validate your suitability for the role from Glasgow before any travel is necessary.
