Halton Integrated Recovery Service are looking to employ one full time Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, working across the Widnes and Runcorn area, this is a 6-month fixed term contract. An exceptional and experienced case manager is required to support the Community Order Treatment Requirements of those service users involved in the Criminal Justice System, including: DRR (Drug Rehabilitation Requirements) ATR (Alcohol Treatment Requirements) RAR (Rehabilitation Action Requirements) IOM (Integrated Offender Management) cohort engaging with Police Services, Probation and CGL in the Community. Test on Arrest Programme Service users released from prison back into the community setting. Hours: Full Time Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award. Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Due to the nature of this role and the requirement to travel across multiple locations, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential. Reporting to the Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will have responsibility for providing intensive assessment and case management services to a caseload of offenders with complex needs. You will have group facilitation experience to support the successful desistance from offending Programme Atlas. You will have excellent communication and organisational abilities and will connect CGL’s vision and values with inspirational guidance to participants on your caseload. You will have experience of effective partnership working and there will be an expectation that you travel between Widnes and Runcorn for role. You will support monitoring and assuring the quality and consistency of service delivery and provide a constant stimulus for growth and improvement in a learning environment. The successful candidate will have experience in the criminal justice sector, who demands and facilitates high performance and has the judgement, ambition and motivational skills that will ensure that this service is delivered to the highest standards.
