Responsibilities
* Supporting live engineering projects from planning to delivery
* Helping update project plans, schedules and documentation
* Assisting with design work, drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Getting involved in purchasing, stock control and goods-in
* Visiting suppliers and customer sites as needed — both UK and overseas

You’ll need
* A qualification in engineering, industrial design or a related technical subject (HNC/HND or degree-level)
* A full UK driving licence and valid passport
* Good communication skills and a willingness to muck in
* Some basic understanding of engineering drawings and principles
* A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in how things are built
* Experience with BOMs, purchasing or design software would be a bonus, but isn’t a must.

Baldwin Technical Services is a growing electrical and mechanical engineering business based in Heywood. They build and deliver complex systems for food and drink manufacturers across the UK and abroad.
