Our client is an established organisation looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Brighouse. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team and will ideally have experience in a similar role. The duties of the Administrator will be varied but will include: Dealing with and managing paperwork. Liaising with the external organisations. Stock management. General support to the sales team with day to day tasks. Administration support. The candidate must have: A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task. Good attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure. Experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. Experience of handling sales related customer contact via telephone and email. Accurate data entry.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (with a 1 hour lunch) and the role is fully office based.
