The Application & Infrastructure team is a dynamic, skilled group renowned for its fast‑paced work environment and dedication to delivering exceptional client service. As a Microsoft Engineer you will be a critical escalation point within the support team, responsible for investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team and ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of complex Microsoft 365 & on‑premises server incidents, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
* Serving as a technical escalation point within the team.
* Achieving and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
Qualifications
* Experience working on Windows, iOS, Android and Linux operating systems.
* Experience working with on‑premises technologies (e.g. Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory).
* A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
