Join a well-established food distribution company based in Slough, supplying fresh and packaged goods to retailers, restaurants, and catering businesses across the South East.
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our delivery team, ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time.
The Role As a Van Driver, you'll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering fresh and packaged food products to wholesale and retail customers .
Loading and unloading goods carefully to maintain product quality.
Checking delivery notes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
Reporting any delivery issues or delays to the transport team.
Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle.
Following all food safety, hygiene, and company transport procedures.
Requirements Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
At least 1 year's experience in a delivery or van driving role – ideally in food or FMCG distribution
Physically fit and comfortable with early starts and manual handling
Excellent time management and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
