Responsibilities Include:
* Regularly post job adverts on multiple job boards and other recruitment channels.
* Review and shortlist CVs to identify the best matches for each position.
* Write compelling job adverts based on detailed role descriptions.
* Handle administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters, managing candidate documentation, and updating recruitment spreadsheets.
* Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
* Regularly check in with new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Coordinate with HR to ensure all background checks are completed before new employees start.
* Manage and organize our Recruitment Team’s Inbox.
* Use a range of sourcing techniques to attract top candidates suited to various roles.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with Hiring Managers across the business.
* Conduct thorough telephone interviews with prospective candidates.
* Assist with first-day preparations and employee inductions.
About You
* A proven track record in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments.
* Exceptional multitasking skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
