Key Account handler
Role Overview:
The Key Account Operator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the development of long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
* Analyse client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Identify and develop new customer segments in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Negotiate and oversee the implementation of contracts with key clients.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales and service objectives.
* Gather and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to address client needs.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background incustomer relationship management, a solid understanding ofsales processes and account operations, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
