More about the role
As an Assistant Chef, your duties will include preparing, cooking, and serving meals, accommodating dietary requirements, planning and costing menus, and maintaining accurate records. You will also check deliveries, ensure cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards.
Ideally, candidates will have Level 2 or Level 3 catering qualification or be committed to further training.
