Our amazing Hebden bridge Yorkshire Soap Store needs a fantastic customer service driven Supervisor, based in the beautiful Hebden bridge. This is a part time position, contracted to 32 hours over 5 days. Weekend working will be required. The successful candidate will work with the store management team delivering exceptional service and retail standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven sales assistant or supervisor who wants to be challenged and support a management team in achieving excellence everyday.
Job Description:
· Supervising shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager and providing maximum profitability.
· Human resources including basic standards training, assigning responsibilities and supervising performance.
· Delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance.
. Setting up for trade at the beginning of the day, receiving and merchandising deliveries, ensuring the store is clean and ready for trade, cashing up responsibilities.
