Job Description
We are looking for an RQF Assessor to join the Clinical Support and Education Team. You will be required to manage and assess a caseload of learners who are required to complete the RQF qualifications at Level 3 which enables The Children's Trust to meet Ofsted's requirements.
Role Requirements
Knowing what it takes to deliver clinical education, you will possess a sound knowledge of assessing candidates progress of learning ensuring validity, authenticity, currency and sufficiency of evidence, and an excellent understanding of a care occupational background. With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and have completed your RQF Level 3 qualification.
