In this role you will add value to PXP by:
As a Sales Director, you will provide leadership and mentorship to the Sales Development Representative team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, set clear performance expectations, and regularly review team performance. Your role will involve conducting coaching sessions, optimizing lead generation processes, analysing data to identify trends, and fostering collaboration between departments to ensure seamless lead handoff and consistent messaging. Additionally, you will generate reports on team performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
A typical week as an Sales Director might involve:
* Leading and mentoring the Sales Development Representative team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
