About the Firm
A highly reputable and well-established law firm based in Telford, Shropshire is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive and friendly high street practice.
The Role
In this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal role, you will provide day-to-day support on a busy residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with an experienced conveyancer.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Completing standard forms, including Land Registry and SDLT forms
* Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties
* Providing high-quality administrative and legal support throughout the transaction process
About You
To be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal position, you will:
* Have at least 12 months' experience in a conveyancing role
* Possess excellent communication and people skills
* Be client-focused and willing to go the extra mile
* Be comfortable working in an office-based role
* Thrive in a friendly, collaborative and supportive team environment
