Overview
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Maths to join our Slough and Langley College team on a permanent basis. The expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 20th August 2025.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion.
* Create dynamic teaching programs, closely monitor student progress, and guide them through exams.
* Manage students’ Individual Learning Plans and foster a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree; either a teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one.
* Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
* Experience in teaching Maths GCSE and Functional Skills is desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
