As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Searcys, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising sales and marketing strategies to achieve the venue's annual targets and create memorable experiences for clients and guests.
Located near Oxford Street, 41 Portland Place is a recently refurbished venue featuring elegant period rooms suitable for various events.

Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company and venue objectives
* Lead, manage, and develop the sales and marketing team
* Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new sales opportunities
* Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on business trends
* Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches, including brand collaborations
* Understand the events and restaurant market

* Proven track record as a Sales Manager in hospitality or events venues
