Join us on this thrilling journey of innovation and growth Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Procurement Managers throughout the range selection process. Maintaining positive vendor relations, Maintaining accurate product & price information and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out on time and assisting the team on product category range reviews accurately. Keep records of supplier terms and ensure all rebate and price support elements are accurately claimed within the agreed timescales. Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all promotions are set up and executed correctly. Support the team with invoice queries and other ad hoc administrative tasks. Maintain supplier information through the Approved Supplier List (ISO Certificates, contact details etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance. Learn transferable skills across procurement and supply chain to provide cover as required. Skills Required: Enthusiastic and keen to learn & develop. Minimum of one years’ work experience (not specific to procurement, can include part-time roles). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Highly organised with effective time management. Ability to build internal and external relationships.
