About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join our existing One Horton Heath development team.
Key responsibilities:
Input to procurement processes
Prepare and implement a Programme setting out the critical path for ach design process
Ensure coordination between design inputs
Use technical expertise and experience to ensure designs and compliant with legislation and other standards
Proactively work with consultants and team members to ensure all consents and approvals are in place
You will lead design processes
About you:
You will have excellent technical and construction knowledge. You will be able to prepare, interpret and implement a critical-path programme for a complex design process. Housing experience is essential.. You will also have a track record of delivering large scale construction projects and the natural ability to coordinate and focus multi-disciplinary. You will be able to lead and motivate others and have proven experience in being a strong and effective communicator and achieving results.
