Raytheon UK is searching for a Facilitation and Administration Service Lead to join our OMNIA® Training team.
As Facilitation and Administration Service Lead, you’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training Support Branch and functionally through the Raytheon UK Engineering ManagementteamUltimately, you’ll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military collective training.
The Facilitation and Administration (F&A) Lead will lead the F&A team within the OMNIA Training Organisation. This position is critical to the successful delivery of the programme, ensuring that collective training is delivered to meet the British Army’s needs. The F&A Service supports exercise planning and execution, manages the use of the Electromagnetic Spectrum, co-ordinates logistic and real life support services to set up exercises in locations both UK and Overseas.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Training Support Branch responsible for building the F&A team, forging links with the Training Delivery team, integrating with Military workforce, managing change, and ensuring that training solutions are appropriately co-ordinated and resourced.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Facilitation and Administration Service Team
2. Oversee the planning, development and implementation of tailored exercise support solutions for Collective Training Events.
3. Ensuring the processes that support the design and delivery of collective training are in place and updated to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.
4. Deputise for Head Training Support when required.
5. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure training support is aligned to the current operational environment, the pacing threat and current British Army Doctrine.
6. Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of training support solutions across the programme.
7. Direct liaison with Logistic Support and Real Life Support providers both within Omnia Training and across the wider army and industry
8. Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met throughout the transformation lifecycle.
9. Build and lead cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
10. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes to Training Support leadership.
11. Any other duties required to develop and support the F&A Service.
Required Skills and Experience:
12. Proven experience in designing Collective Training Exercise Support Solutions for the British Army training.
13. Strong background in Log IS and technical support solutions.
14. Deep understanding of management methodologies and best practices.
15. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels of an organisation.
16. Experience in programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
17. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
18. Demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for quality and be able to plan and multitask.
19. Adopt a flexible approach to the role, adapt to evolving priorities.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
20. Experience with training both in the UK and overseas.
21. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and digital transformation tools.
22. Knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies.
23. Ability to foster innovation and drive cultural change within large organisations.
24. Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners.
