Area Sales Manager Bathroom ProductsJob Title: Area Sales Manager Bathroom ProductsIndustry Sector: KBB, Bathrooms, Radiators, Towel Rails, Plumbers Merchants and Bathroom Retailers/ Bathroom ShowroomsArea to be covered: East ScotlandRemuneration: £55,000 neg. + £15,000-£20,000 Commission Uncapped + up to 10% Salary UpliftBenefits: Fully expensed Car and benefitsThe role of the Area Sales Manager Bathroom Products will involve:Field sales role promoting our clients manufactured range of bathroom productsPredominantly an account development roleYou will be responsible for circa 300+ accountsApprox. 50% plumbers merchants/ builders merchants and 50% bathroom showrooms£2m turnover, underperforming area (circa 75-80% YTD), genuine opportunity to make a name for yourselfUp to 8 customer calls per day 4.5 days per week£500-£1,000 average order valuePromoting newly released products including baths, shower enclosures and bathroom furnitureThe ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Bathroom Products with:B2B field sales experience, must have sold into plumbers merchants/ building merchants or independent retail showroomsPrevious field sales experience within the bathroom industry is not essentialSpecific bathroom or KBB knowledge is not requiredContacts within plumbers merchants and bathroom showrooms is not essentialNo job hoppers, our client is looking for candidates seeking longevity in their careersComfortable promoting middle to upper non branded productsProven territory management skillsRelationship builder with excellent account management skillsAble to effectively overcome objections in a selling situationThe Company:200 employeesEst.
