What will you do?
* Run your own caseload to include:
* Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (and possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes)
* Potential to advise on insolvency + other matters as & when they arise
* Inherit a caseload and build upon it
* You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm - with full assistance from the in-house marketing team of course
What do you need?
* To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE
* Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed and encouraged to explore further
