Full-Time Job Opportunity – Farm / Estate Secretary.
Based near Shrewsbury
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Farm / Estate Secretary to join a well-established rural business in the Shrewsbury area.
They're looking for an organised, proactive individual with strong computer and administrative skills, particularly with spreadsheets and document management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing residential tenancies and ASTs.
* Overseeing building contracts and procedures.
* Handling renewals, meter readings, billing, and claims for PV & RHI.
* Supporting accounts and general office administration.
* Managing day-to-day enquiries, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Knowledge of insurance policies, RPA and grant schemes, and Land Registry processes would be highly beneficial.
Familiarity with employment, health & safety, and planning or development matters would also be an advantage.
