We are recruiting for a Creative SEND Graduate Support Assistant for a Special Educational Needs School, in the Urmston area of Tafford to work on a long-term basis starting in September 2025.

Creative SEND Graduate Support Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
6. Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
7. Contribute to developing a creative curriculum where creative learning opportunities are available for all pupils
8. Support pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis whilst responding to their individual needs
9. Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
10. Provide an ‘outside of the box’ way of thinking to help students engage in their learning
Non-negotiables:
11. Must have obtained a 2:2 or above in degree
12. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
13. Experience in one or more creative subjects (Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology)
14. Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and as part of a wider team
