GE Vernova's Power Conversion & Storage business provides electrification systems that are critical to customers' power and energy needs for their high-performance applications. We work with some of the world's major energy, maritime and industrial organizations, helping to enable a transition to energy efficiency and decarbonization, including through our specialist motors, drives and control technologies.

Job Description
As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within the Marine, Offshore, and Naval sectors of our Service business. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to support and secure internal orders from global markets.

You will manage internal sales opportunities, acting as the primary point of contact, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely closure of orders. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to identify and convert new sales opportunities within our installed base.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with regional teams and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the bid process.

This role offers flexibility and can be performed in a hybrid or highly remote setup (within the UK).

Core Responsibilities

* Supporting the internal sales process and serving as the single point of contact for other regional GE Vernova businesses.
* Securing internal business in line with Business Orders, Margin, and Convertibility targets.
* Proactively managing opportunities using Salesforce .
* Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal sales teams at all levels.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop opportunity-specific differentiators and competitive offerings.
* Strategically planning and organizing sales efforts to maximize opportunities from the installed base and meet sales targets.
* Working with Commercial Operations and Application Engineering to develop compelling bids.
* Traveling occasionally to customer meetings in the UK and internationally (several times a year).

Essential Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience in sales and relationship development within the Offshore, Marine, or Naval sectors.
2. A proven ability to capture and interpret customer requirements effectively.
3. A valid driver's license.
4. Experience in target
