Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support in the entry and processing of insurance claims in a timely manner and in line with practice directions and corporate guidelines.To assist in the registration of claims To liaise with the Claims Team and the Claims Litigation section and other interested parties on claims related issues as directed and required.To assist in responding to queries from officers, external organisations and the public on claims matters including providing supporting data.To assist in handling telephone enquiries and respond to voicemails.To ensure that complete and accurate data in relation to claims is entered and recorded on the council’s claims database system.
