Job overview
This role involves supporting a feasibility Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) studying Narrative Exposure Therapy in Early Intervention for Psychosis, funded by NIHR RfPB. The study aims to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of delivering this therapy in EIP services to reduce PTSD symptoms, led by Dr Miriam Fornells-Ambrojo (UCL) and Dr James Plaistow (CAMEO).
Main duties of the job
* This is a part-time research position supporting the delivery of an NIHR-funded multi-centre trial at a site in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
* The role includes recruiting patients, conducting baseline and follow-up research interviews, assisting with patient-reported outcome measures, and managing data securely. Opportunities may exist for qualitative data collection and analysis.
* The post is employed by Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, working within the CAMEO teams under supervision from team managers and the trial's principal investigators.
