An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant, to cover all administrative duties in the school. You will work closely with and support the Office Manager to deliver effective, efficient and flexible administrative for the school. You will be the first point of contact for all people coming into the school be it in person, phone or email: our students, parents and visitors to the school.
The role will also include wider school support within the Trust when required.

The salary is Leicestershire County Council Grade 5 (Points 9-10). This is a 39-week term time role, 25 hours per week.
You will meet the requirements of the person specification, job description including outstanding interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach to liaising with pupils, parents, school staff and Trust colleagues. You will effectively complete all duties, with good attention to detail, excellent IT skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
