PFI Project Manager, Southeast London

In this role you will take the command of complex facility lifecycles, overseeing the maintenance, renovation and expansion projects, ensuring the successful operation of hospital infrastructure and the subsequent delivery of excellent health care services.
Salary negotiable depending on experience, ballpark of £70,000.

* Strategic Facility implementation – Transforming long-term facility blueprints into actionable roadmaps.
* Project Execution – Champion major expansion/renovation initiatives from concept to completion.
* Compliance/Safety Leadership – Navigate healthcare regulations, safety protocols and environmental standards.
* Strategic partnership building – Collaborate with hospital leadership to anticipate operational requirements.
What experience do you need?
* Strong Experience in PFI healthcare facilities orchestration.
* Construction design management credentials.
* Strong stakeholder management experience.
