The Role Are you looking for a new challenge with excellent benefits, extensive learning opportunities and a stimulating working environment? If so, this is the role for you.
The University of Cambridge has established a number of large change initiatives to help us adopt new ways of working in support of our staff and academic mission. In the years ahead, these vital programmes and projects will help the University seize new opportunities, respond to future challenges and make an even greater contribution to society through teaching and research. This exciting time of transformation has resulted in the creation of multiple unique Change Partner positions that will help shape the change agenda within the University, giving a voice and support to our Schools and Non‑School Institutions (NSIs). The Change Partner will be able to give Schools and NSIs the ability to influence change, identify difficult issues and potential problems at a very early stage ensuring that School and NSIs voices are heard, working collaboratively to find the best solutions. In turn, the Change Partner will utilise their expertise and insights to influence the wider direction of change across the university. We are keen to hear from candidates who want to make a difference and play a key role in the transformation process at Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities
* Helping Schools/NSIs to understand the direction and impact of the University's transformation programmes in order to advocate and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
* Leading and managing the communication and consultation process, giving a voice to stakeholders to support a positive culture of change throughout the University.
* Work with the Change and Programme Management Office (CPMO) and other Change Partners to ensure changes are successfully and consistently implemented.
About You

* You will be experienced in embedding demonstrable transformational change. A recognised change or transformation qualification/certification would be advantageous.
* This role would suit those looking for opportunities in strategic thinking and problem solving, who enjoy variety, stakeholder engagement and connecting people, themes and ideas together.
