Our client is looking for a Service Manager to join their successful team in Wolverhampton. You will provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude whilst developing lasting customer relationships! Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manage team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
2. Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
3. Offer exemplary customer service by taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
4. Maintain customer relationships by upselling products and services
5. Assist with or perform administrative tasks
6. Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
7. Set up and maintain service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
8. Resolve service desk problems and improve current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
9. Monitor department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
10. Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
11. Oversee team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carry out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work.
