Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear financial insights.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the business.
8. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
9. Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
10. Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in the field
12. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting principles.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
15. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
