Working as part of a large and diverse IT support team across three campuses, you will be the first point of contact for staff and students at Paston, delivering responsive, friendly first- and second-line IT support that keeps the college running smoothly day to day. You should have experience across a range of IT support disciplines, including hardware troubleshooting, device configuration, and network connectivity, with a confident, calm approach to problem-solving in a busy educational environment. A strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset, you will be comfortable working independently on site while staying closely connected to the wider helpdesk team. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft operating systems and applications, with a strong working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, printers, mobile devices, and classroom technologies.
