At Avondale Lodge in Redcar, we support residents with diverse needs such as autism, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. Our goal is to help them develop life skills, achieve their ambitions, and remain valued community members.

Responsibilities:
* Must be flexible to cover all shifts on the rota: 7:30 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 9 pm, 9 am to 3 pm, and 4 pm to 9 pm
* Work weekends and bank holidays; available for waking nights and sleep-ins as needed
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure a safe, caring, and supportive environment tailored to residents' needs
* Support activities within the service and facilitate community access
* Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, updating records, and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
Candidate profile:
* Motivated, creative, and a team player with a positive attitude
* Full flexibility required.
* Must hold a full manual driving license due to service requirements
