Japanese Speaking Network Engineer - Responsibilities:
* This position emphasizes not only technical skills but also customer focus, communication ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Design, build, and implement enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wireless, etc.)
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing networks
* Configure and install devices such as L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls
* Participate in technical meetings, define requirements, and prepare proposals with clients and business partners
Skills Needed to Succeed as a Japanese Speaking Network Engineer:
* Native-level Japanese language skills
* Hands-on experience with major network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
* Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) - Preferred
* Knowledge or experience with Windows Server or virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) - Preferred
* Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with clients and understanding their needs
